Digital and social medias brought about big changes in the media world. In 2019, a video clip recorded in your room can reach out to as many people as the news section of a big channel. How one gets their “news” in the fashion world has been directly impacted by the aforementioned change. Medias, influencers, creatives and resellers, all of them have a role to play in the creation of brand content for big brands.

All of them are easily making their way into the editorial lines of content editors that have been building their business model around brand content. However, the way brands are settling into the everyday life of opinion leaders puts into jeopardy the general independance inside of a sector where informations are usually already biased and this even before they make it the comsumer.
